Autumn - like the season, my name means “time of the harvest.”
A.K.A. Auntie Autumn, Fallika, Doodlebug, Shup. God lover, artistic, photographer, inquisitive, music lover, bookworm, athletic, Tarheel fanatic, petite but not short, Procrastinator Club Co-Founder, rock star wannabe, chew toy for the dog, one of the cool kids, voted “The Silliest” Award in my old college dorm.
My blog is real, just me living life. Hopefully you enjoy my sarcasim, pondering thoughts and the random jokes. You will see my ups and downs, my struggles and disappointments, but you will also see how good and faithful God has been in my life and how much I love Him. I like lists, surveys and silly stuff… even if I’m the only one who finds them entertaining. I simply desire to be real and there is absolutely no desire to impress you by appearing to be the perfect little Christian and write only about scripture and holiness. I’m imperfect, full of flaws and struggles and completely dependent on the grace of God. I believe in Jesus as my Savior, my love, my Lord, my Provider, my Redeemer and so much more.
I like to write about scripture and God’s goodness. I also like to write about random things and sometimes vent because of a bad day. You may find simple words of encouragement to uplift your spirit… and my own. I like to think, ask questions and I actually enjoy research and learning. Comments are welcome, it’s like getting a card in the mail!
Most of all the comments will be approved… no matter how wrong they are. Just kidding… sort of. They will be posted even if we disagree. I promise to try and be open-minded and lend a listening ear when needed. The one thing I ask of you is that you be respectful. Happy blogging!
